The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and fairness reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
Items returned after 30 days
Gift cards or promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

Hala’s Fashion is not responsible for items lost during return transit
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and your order number
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
